International symposium for the catering industry of the alpine countries of Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Italy and Austria
CHEF-SACHE ALPS will be organized for the first time in Switzerland in June 2012. The centre of attention of the event will be the world’s best chefs of international gastronomy, who will demonstrate their skills with live presentations on a stage. Besides a high-calibre congress programme during the two-day event, other main features will be a competition for up-and-coming chefs, business networking, and a limited market place for the presentation and tasting of selected produce. The first international symposium for Switzerland and the neighbouring alpine countries will take place on 10th and 11th June 2012 in Zurich.
