Worked as an editor from 1994 to 1997, and as assistant editor-in-chief of the Mensch & Büro trade journal in Baden-Baden from 1998 to 1999. Flavia Cereghetti completed an internship in Human Resource Management at a financial institution as part of the commercial high school. After an intermediate year of traveling and gaining work experience in the textile industry and online communication, she began a bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on marketing and communications at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, which she completed in the summer of 2019.
