Attention chefs with sommeliers: Grab your chance and show what you're made of as a team. For the fourth time, Smith & Smith and the Spanish winery Gramona invite you to the highly acclaimed "Amuse Bouche" contest. The theme of this year’s competition is more challenging than ever: under the motto "Zero Waste", an amuse bouche is to be created from kitchen scraps, such as vegetables, meat or fish scraps that harmonizes perfectly with one of three Gramona sparkling wines to choose from. From April to the beginning of September, teams from all over Switzerland can register for the competition and submit their concept and recipe ideas.
