This year "The Gramona Amuse Contest Switzerland 2019" takes place for the first time. The perfect Amuse Bouche for Gramona Gran Reserva Imperial Brut has to be created. In addition to attractive prizes, the event, which has already been held internationally several times, offers the opportunity to demonstrate the cooking and wine expertise of a company on a large stage in front of an experienced jury. The 10 finalists will be announced on 31 October and have the chance to present their creations on 24 November at the Hotelfachschule Luzern. Teams of sommeliers and chefs from all over Switzerland have the chance to win an exclusive trip to Barcelona including a visit to the Gramona winery and a dinner at the legendary Celler de Can Roca.
