Renault Suisse Convention 2023

To kick off the new year, the annual Renault Suisse Convention was held on January 24, 2023 at the event location StageOne in Zurich. After the hybrid implementation in 2022, Renault was able to welcome 200 of their dealers in person at this year’s convention. The invited guests were given an in-depth insight into Renault Group's vision and strategic planning for 2023. 

The Renault Suisse Convention 2023 was realized in close cooperation with our technical partner smARTec.

WOEHRLE PIROLA supervised the overall concept and event management of the convention in close cooperation with the client. Among other things, this included the hospitality management and on-site support for speakers and participants.

Just in time for the turn of the year, Mercedes-Benz Vans Switzerland invited internal guests as well as dealers to the beautiful winter destination Engelberg. The two-day New Year's event reviewed the old year and looked ahead to the still young business year.

WOEHRLE PIROLA carried out the overall concept, location evaluation, planning and organization of the New Year's event in close cooperation with Mercedes-Benz Vans Schweiz.

From 20 - 28 January 2023, the 29th edition of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival will already take place, under the motto "Middle Eastern Cuisine". As a prelude, the press conference was held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the beautiful Baur au Lac in Zurich. During the conference, the entire program and the 10 renowned guest chefs were presented to all journalists, directors, chefs of the partner hotels, sponsors and partners present. Alan Geaam came all the way from Paris to personally welcome the participants. During the press conference, the ticket sales were also announced, which started on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. WOEHRLE PIROLA has been responsible for the overall organization and implementation of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival for 20 years. In addition to the coordination and organization of the event, the agency is also responsible for the acquisition and sponsorship management, as well as for the realization and production of all advertising materials in the online and offline areas, ticketing and international media relations, including on-site support for journalists.
