From 20 - 28 January 2023, the 29th edition of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival will already take place, under the motto "Middle Eastern Cuisine". As a prelude, the press conference was held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the beautiful Baur au Lac in Zurich. During the conference, the entire program and the 10 renowned guest chefs were presented to all journalists, directors, chefs of the partner hotels, sponsors and partners present. Alan Geaam came all the way from Paris to personally welcome the participants. During the press conference, the ticket sales were also announced, which started on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. WOEHRLE PIROLA has been responsible for the overall organization and implementation of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival for 20 years.
