The digital masterclass of Mercedes Benz Switzerland goes into the second round. Together with top chef Sven Wassmer, Mercedes Benz invites guests via live stream directly into the kitchen of the Memories restaurant in the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz and prepares a pre-Christmas two-course menu with the participants. The chef and Mercedes-Benz Ambassador, who has been awarded 3 Michelin stars, a green star and 18 Gault Millau points, brought top gastronomy live into the kitchens of the cooking-enthusiastic participants on this Sunday. He was joined by none other than top triathlete and ten-time world champion Daniela Ryf. While the two prepare the dishes - smoked trout with beetroot and dill cream for starters and duck breast with celery puree and cranberries for the main course - the participants not only learn new tricks of the trade at home, but also hear one or two stories from Daniela and Sven's exciting everyday life.
From the conceptual idea to the project coordination and the on-site implementation, our event team from WOEHRLE PROLA, in cooperation with all participants, ensured a smooth process in front of and behind the scenes of the second digital Mercedes-Benz Masterclass.
