"Have fun cooking, good luck and 'Bon Appétit'!" was the motto for the participating Mercedes-Benz customers at the start of the first digital masterclass with Sven Wassmer on June 13th. The chef and Mercedes-Benz ambassador, who has been awarded 2 Michelin stars and 18 Gault Millau points, brought top gastronomy cooking live into the kitchens of the participants this Sunday.
The setting for the digital masterclass was Wassmer's open kitchen at the Memories restaurant in the magnificent Grand Resorts Bad Ragaz. At his side, Marc Langenbrinck, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Switzerland, skillfully moderated and assisted the virtual cooking class. An entertaining duo - relaxed, with joy for cooking and a lively exchange with the cooking course participants. Via livestream chat, questions could be asked about the menu created exclusively for the group of participants from the natural alpine cuisine from the star chef.
From the conceptual idea to the project coordination and the on-site implementation, our event team from WOEHRLE PROLA, in cooperation with all participants, ensured a smooth process in front of and behind the scenes of the first digital Mercedes-Benz Masterclass. Together with Jelmoli's previously home-delivered food package and Wassmer's recipes and mise en place instructions, it was a successful happening for the Mercedes-Benz customers. Highlighted with the delicious meal, created throughout the class.
