Socar Energy Switzerland GmbH yearly invited their business customers to Montreux and welcomed them during the festive season in their private VIP lounge at the Lake Geneva.
WOEHRLE PIROLA was responsible for the conception, organization and coordination of the individual designed Socar VIP lounge within the framework of this sponsorship engagement. In close collaboration with Socar Energy Switzerland GmbH, in 2016 the agency was also responsible for the entire hospitality and guest management on-site, including catering and ticketing, thus ensuring a smooth and pleasurable stay for the invited guests.
